This article explains how to connect your computer to the SentryEye camera server using the WiFi Man VPN application and the SentryEye desktop client.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
• An active user account with SentryEye
• A Windows computer
• Internet access
• Permission to install software on your device
Download and install the WiFi Man application provided on the other email sent by our team. This application securely connects your computer to the property network through a VPN.
Follow the instructions inside the application to complete the connection process.

You may see a security confirmation when downloading the installer. Select Download Executable File to continue.
Install the Windows .exe version on your computer.
If you encounter errors while installing either application, or if your computer requests administrator credentials, this may be due to security restrictions enforced by your organization’s IT department. Contact your IT team so they can approve or assist with the installation.
Once both applications are installed:
Open WiFi Man
Search for the available location
Click Connect
You should only see one location, which corresponds to the property you are authorized to access.
When the connection status shows connected:
• Open the SentryEye desktop application
• The server should be detected automatically
• Enter your credentials to log in
• Begin viewing the cameras
